TMDF series Main Distribution Frame (from 600 pairs to 6000pairs).

TMDF Series main distribution frame is applicable by various large-capacity programme controlled switching systems, it is used to connect inside and outside cables, patch cords, to test and protect inner equipments and people’s lives. Suitable for large and small-capacity programme controlled telephone exchanges.

(1) Protector Block
TPB series protector block offer over voltage and/or over current protection

1. 5/8/10-pair capacity can be combined freely
2. Buried-wire structure for saving operation space
3. Perfect and reliable over-voltage and over-current protection with sound and light alarm, and self resuming fail protection; (With Protector unit)
4. Perfect alarm system & reliable earthing protection
5. It is designed in such structure: the line side and the jumper wire side is disconnected before the protector is inserted into the protection connection block, they will be connected after inserting the protector,
6. When the line side suffers danger, only pull out the protector, the exchange side will be disconnected from the line side
7. The fire retardant materials: PPT (UL94V-0) or ABS (UL94V-0), compliant with GB/T 5169.7-1985 standard
8. Suitable for frame, box and cabinet

(2) Test Block
TTB series test block is for test purpose without actually disconnecting wires 

1. 5/8/10- pair capacity can be combined freely
2. Buried-wire structure for saving operation space
3. It is a normally closed type contact, when the disconnection plug is inserted into the test block, the internal cable and jumper wire will be disconnected, the test plug with cord can be used to test internal line and external line independently,
4. The protection plug can be used to label and protect important or special subscribe line,
5. Each unit of test connection block is of max capacity of 128L, which is composed of horizontal module, panel, connection axes as well as dustproof cover etc, both of the internal side and jumper wire side have the cross board.
6. The fire retardant materials: PPT (UL94V-0) or ABS (UL94V-0), compliant with GB/T 5169.7-1985 standard
