Description:
Spiral vibration damper is made of high-strength, antigenic and high-elasticity PVC plastic, easy to install and operate. It’s an interference type damper to attenuate vibration amplitude by impact with its damping section and especially designed for ADSS cable and OPGW cable of diameter less than 12mm.

Description:
Vibration Damper is enhanced stockbridge producing four frequency covering the OPGW cable vibration range .The installation can attenuate vibration amplitude, form seldom stable vibration frequency and eliminate cable fatigue damage.

Configuration:
Damper weight---- Hot dipped galvanized cast iron;
Messenger wire-----19 strand galvanized steel wires.
Clamp—Aluminium Alloy;
Armor Rods—Aluminium Alloy.

Application Guide:

• Vibration Damper can not be directly installed on the OPGW/ADSS cable.
• When the installation point of Vibration Damper is outside of the Armor Rods, a unit of Vibration Damper matches a unit of Armor Rods. The separation between armor rods and fitting should be above 70mm.
• The low frequency Vibration Damper of installed Vibration Damper is close to pole(tower).
• Decide the quantity per span corresponding to cable stress, span length and topography. The normal specification：
